Swaran Labs does not run a telephone line. Every enquiry, complaint and request is handled by email, so that each one leaves a written record and gets a reference number.
Most support emails are answered within one business day.
Grievance Officer

The Grievance Officer acknowledges every complaint within 48 hours, sends you a copy of the complaint as recorded together with a reference number, and redresses it within one month of receiving it. This follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission that has jurisdiction over your complaint. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or 1800 11 4000, every day from 8 AM to 8 PM except national holidays, or through consumerhelpline.gov.in.

Swaran Labs is the software and technical wing of Srutio Media And Software, a sole proprietorship registered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The Site is swaranlabs.com.
Srutio Media And Software is registered under the Goods and Services Tax and on the Udyam Registration portal as a Micro enterprise. Its GST and Udyam details appear on tax invoices and are available on request for business correspondence.
Srutio Media And Software operates entirely online. It has no office, shopfront or branch that a customer can visit, so every enquiry goes by email. It gives its registered address to a consumer commission, a court, a tribunal or an authority that asks for it.
