Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how swaranlabs.com, the Site, uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. The Site is run by Srutio Media And Software, a sole proprietorship in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, under the name Swaran Labs, the software and technical wing of Srutio Media And Software. Read this Policy with the Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with any personal data that cookies collect.

1. What Cookies Are

  • 1.1          Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They let the website recognise your device and remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job, and this Policy covers them too.
  • 1.2          Some cookies are set by the Site itself. Others are set by another party whose service the Site uses, and those are third-party cookies.

2. The Kinds of Cookie We Use

  • 2.1          Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the Site to work. They keep your shopping cart, let you sign in to your account, complete checkout, and let the cookie tool remember your choice. The Site cannot work without them, so the cookie tool does not switch them off. If you block them in your browser, the cart and checkout stop working.
  • 2.2          Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the Site, using aggregated data, so that we can improve it. We set them only after you agree to analytics in the cookie tool.
  • 2.3          Third-party cookies. PayPal, the Site’s payment gateway, may set its own cookies when its checkout component loads, to secure the payment and detect fraud. Embedded content from another provider, such as a video, may set cookies too. The cookie tool blocks embedded content until you allow it. Each third party’s own privacy and cookie policies govern its cookies.
  • 2.4          We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you.

4. Your Choices

  • 4.1          When you first visit the Site, the cookie tool asks for your choice. Until you choose, the Site sets no analytics cookie and no other non-essential cookie, and it runs no non-essential script.
  • 4.2          The cookie tool offers a button to accept all optional cookies and a button to reject them, and both are as easy to reach as each other. You can also choose by kind. No optional kind is switched on before you choose.
  • 4.3          You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, by using the cookie tool in the Site footer.
  • 4.4          Until you agree to analytics, the Site sets Google’s consent state for analytics storage to denied, and the Site blocks Google’s analytics tag from running.
  • 4.5          You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. How you do that depends on the browser.
  • 4.6          Declining optional cookies does not stop you from using the Site or buying a Product.
  • 4.7          We keep a record of your choice. The record holds the choice, the time, your country and a masked form of your IP address, and it is kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Personal Data and Your Rights

  • 5.1          A cookie that identifies you or your device holds personal data. The Privacy Policy explains your rights over that data and how to use them, and Section 9 of the Privacy Policy gives the contact details of the Grievance Officer.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • 6.1          We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change or when the law changes. We post the updated version on this page with a new last updated date. If a change adds a kind of cookie that needs your consent, we ask for your consent again.
